The Personnel and Training Bureau

The Personnel and Training Bureau is responsible for Human Resource Management at the Ministry. It pursues candidate's recruitment to the Civil Service corps. It cooperates with Social Insurance Company (ZUS) in the area of pensions, retirements, rehabilitation services, and sickness, maternity etc. insurance. Moreover, it cooperates with trade unions acting in the Ministry.
